In order to obtain IP addresses from OMnic for Leased Line Service you will have to fill the "Leased Line IP Address Space Request Form" and send it to OMnic. Please go through the following steps:

1. Read the document "Instructions and Guidelines for Leased Line IP Address Space Request Form"  which explains how to fill each field in the form.

2. Download the form (doc) and fill all fields according to the instructions. The form is available also in Corporate Business Department which is located in Al khuwair Tower, Flat No. 107.     

3. Send the completed form to OMnic. You can send it via email, a diskette, letter or fax. We prefer to receive your request via e-mail or on a floppy disk. A hard copy is also accepted but it will add some delay in the process to retype all the application. Please use the following addresses:
